Did you know that singing not only makes us happy, it is infinitely good for us - especially when we do it together…

Singing is a powerful force, one that every human has a natural birthright to, whilst singing with others is infinitely good for us. Whether by regulating the nervous system, helping us explore emotions, or simply finding our voice, singing helps develop a sense of harmony within ourselves and with the world around us.

When we sing with others in harmony, we are developing the capacity of each individual voice to expand and resonate, whilst also bringing these voices together into a collective blend that is powerful, joyful and deeply healing and enriching.

Whether you’re new to singing or have been singing your whole life, you are in the right place and are so very welcome.

“It is playful, fun, inspiring and soulful in the best, brightest sense of the word. Ruairi works magic and leads us all into blissful humming, singing, breathing, wriggling and harmonising together. My entire nervous system is soothed and energised at the same time. This is music medicine.”
